can anyone suggest a low cost diet plan for me? So that i can reduce 20 kg in three weeks.
It shud be like wat shud i eat as brkfast, lunch nd dinner.

  2. Nutrition rich foods to be taken, fruits like apple, banana, guava etc.
  3. Doing exercise is a must, no other option.
  4. Avoid fast food or any oily food.
  5. Reduce eating by controlling food habits. Say no to any sweets.
