then at the bottom there is green colored line of answer .
click on it.

yes because the limit of one question is only 2
only persons can give the answer
if 2 persons gave the answer already then you can't give the answer

When you open the question u wanted to answer u will see green colour option down ANSWER. When u click on it u can answer....
