Through Civil Services You can become a HR director and not only that ,you can lead any bureaucratic dept .
Infact if you want powerful posts..then chose Civil Services as your goal..
Toughest exam in the world has IES,GATE,IIT and UPSC in their list.
But right direction, hard labour, fixed goal, perseverance and parental and friends Support all make relalise the dream of an IAS officer.

You must have to get a graduate degree
If you are very good in science subjects then you can try AIEEE NEET
But the destiny does not end here
You can do BA, or B.Com or B.Sc amd after that a rigorous and planned preparation would make your dream come true

●Give any standardized test after 12th Such as ACTs and SATs ,as high scores combined with good grades can help you get into a good college or university.
