can anyone tell me how to concentrate in mathematics

My mathematics was really really bad before a year now it is fine as I am giving maths 1 to 2 hours each day and also trying to solve my friends problems in maths. I also joined a coaching. according to me u don't love to solve maths. if u get interested in maths then only u can concentrate in maths.

I will tell u a way .I I don't know if you will believe or not
Just twist your head in clockwise direction and then in anticlockwise .And then try to concentrate.
I hope it will work
