Can anyone tell me why a ' building ' is called a " building " but not a ' tower ' ?

Because tower is a network provider unit.

A BUILDING IS Call a building not a tower because in building many of the people work and tower is called a tower because in second words it can said a machine that connects to satellite for us benifit as it helps us connecting our phone to every state country and every place on earth thats the region (plz follow me if u like the answer)
