Answer:

Amalgam-

An amalgam is an alloy of mercury with another metal. It may be a liquid, a soft paste or a solid, depending upon the proportion of mercury. It is also used in the field of dentistry to fill the gums which has become hollow due to some reason.

Aqua Regia-

Aqua regia is a mixture of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, optimally in a molar ratio of 1:3. Aqua regia is a yellow-orange fuming liquid, so named by alchemists because it can dissolve the noble metals, gold and platinum, though not all metals.Pour excess and waste aqua regia into a large quantity of ice (500 grams of ice per 100 mL of aqua regia). Neutralize the mixture with an aqueous basic solution, such as 1M or 10% sodium hydroxide (NaOH) or saturated sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) in water until pH is neutral.
