Hey friend,
If a user is asking a question and two are giving answer,
Then it's in user's hand that whose answer he will mark as brainliest.
If you want you answers to be brainliest, then improve the quality of your answers and the asker will mark you as brainliest.
Because any user will mark that answer as brainliest from which he could understand better.

Actually it is not about your answers...
This situation is in the hand of the one who asked the question!! If he/she is not satisfied with the content u wrote in your answer.. he will not mark u as brainliest..
And it doesn't matter anyway!! It doesn't increases our rank or anything!!
So don't mind if nobody marks u as brainliest.. who r they to u?? They didn't know u.. but it is u who know ur self the best!! So improve ur self so that user may have no choice left just to mark ur answer as brainliest only!!
