now, 3/5 of 'x' = 3/5 x

and,its 2/7 = 2/7 x

3/5 x - 2/7 x = 44

=>21x - 10x /35 = 44

=>11 x/35 = 44

=> x= 35 × 4

=> x = 140 Ans.
