The procedure says we have send them messages to say about our complain. THIS IS JUST LIKE

WE ARE ASKING TO THEIF TO ACCEPT HIS MISTAKES, BUT THIS SHOULD BE THE WORK OF POLICE

So why there is no one above them to make the complain FAIR
