YES ACCORDING TO THE FIRST LAW OF NEWTON IF THE BODY IS ALREADY IN THE MOTION IT WILL REMAIN IN MOTION UNTIL AND UNLESS AN EXTERNAL FORCE IS APPLIED TO THE BODY TO STOP AND ACCELERATE THE BODY IF THE FORCE IS NOT APPLY TO THE BODY IT WILL REMAIN IN THE MOTION AND IT WILL COVER SOME DISPLACEMENT

Hi,
There can be displacement even when there is no force! In fact the effect of force is to accelerate and not just displace. For example: An object moving straight in space far away from any celestial objects will continue to move forever, although there is no force acting on it. This is due to Newton’s first law of motion or the law of inertia
hope sir answer will help u
