To answer this question we should understand what cross pollination is.

Cross pollination

This is the transfer of pollen grains from the anthers of a flower from a different plant to the stigma of a flower of another plant but the plants are of the same kind.

Something to take note of is :

The plants are different but they must be of the same kind.

This implies that if it is a rose flower, then the pollen grains will be transfered to another rose flower in a different plant.

Answer:

Cross pollination will not take place since sun flower and roses are of different kind.
