Can displacement be zero even if distance is not zero ? Give one example to (2)

Yes the above stated condition can be true.

Example: A car making one complete lap of a circular field.

Here, Distance is the circumference of the field but Displacement is 0, because distance is the path along which a body travels but, displacement is the shortest distance between the initial and the final position of a body. Here the car returns to its initial position, i.e. the initial position = final position = 0, hence displacement is also 0.
