yes the displacement can be zero when distance is non zero.
if a body moves in a circular path i.e., the initial and the final point is same , the distance  is the movement of the object from one place to another whereas displacement is the shortest distance between initial and final point. in a round trip distance covered is 2
πr whereas the displacement is 0 as initial and final points are same.

yes, if the body is moving in a closed path and comes back to the initial position,i.e., if its initial position and final position are the same then the displacement is zero (as displacement is the shortest distance between the initial and the final point).
