Answer:

Since I always get thirsty in the morning I'll drink up to 5 or 6 glasses of fluids before midday, including coffee.  I also need to use the bathroom quite frequently in the morning.

I've always wanted to donate blood but I never pass the hemoglobin test.  The normal Hb level for females is 12 to 16 g/dl in my region, but my level is always 11.X.  I exercise regularly and consider myself pretty healthy.

I usually visit the blood donation center in the mornings.

hope this help you .

Answer:

No, Drinking a lot of water does not lower haemoglobin but aids in mobility of Haemoglobin.

Explanation:

haemoglobin requires a medium called blood to transport Oxygen to the body parts requiring it.

Drinking alot of water adds water content to the blood which makes it thin and the pumping action becomes more efficient.

However, the haemoglobin count per drop of blood do lowers since the amount of total blood increases, but still there will be no effect on total count of Haemoglobin.

Hope it helped.
