Can I get Foreign Jobs after completing Bitsat or NIT???

According to the institute bulletin, there is no provision of lateral entry at BITS Pilani in its First Degree Programs, i.e., you cannot apply for an undergraduate program and have course requirements relaxed due to the courses taken elsewhere.  But, the language suggests it was accepted, possibly before the introduction of BITSAT.

Regarding IITs, while there is no such provision for private institutions, I had read a newspaper article in The Telegraph supplement Careergraph which suggested that the ministry was mulling such an option for top performers at NIT.  Don't know whether it was implemented.
