(a) broken glass utensils are non biodegradable as it can't be broken down by microorganisms into harmless things .
(b)landfills are coming fast due to urbanisation, large cities tend to produce more waste.this organised way of disposal helps to reduce pollution.
(c)because due to seperation the bio degradable waste can be buried into soil and non biodegradable waste can be treated efficiently.
