Can I Opt Hindi As AN Additional Subject In 10th Now?

There is no additional subject provided in 10th---- Because 10th has mainly 5 subjects that is --- Physics, Chemistry , Mathematics , English , Hindi or Sanskrit.
Choosing of additional subject is given in 11th class.

In 10 th only 5 subjects are the main subjects. Those 5 subjects are maths science social science English and the 2 nd language.You have the option of taking Hindi as an additional subject from 9 th. If you didn't take it in 9 th. Plss don't take it. It will create so much of confusion in your registration in cbse and with the subjects. If you still want to take it. Talk to your teacher she will only help you as what can be done. Hindi marks will not be added in your cgpa if you take it as an additional subject but you will have to write the exam. This will only increase the burden.
