No, by simply increasing food grain production one cannot solve the problem of malnutrition and hunger. One should have sufficient money to buy food. This is regulated by food security.

Yes . Increasing grain production can solve the problem of malnutrition and hunger bcoz grain has high nutrients and malnutrition is caused due deficiency of nutrition in diet.
