let the breadth be x

length = 2x+1

perimeter = 80m

2(l+b) =80m

2(2x+1+x) =80 m

3x+1= 80/2 = 40 m

3x+1=40m

3x=39m

x= 39/3=13metres => breadth

then length => 2x+1 = 2(13)+1 = 26+1 = 27 metres
