can mass of an object be ever zero??

Yes

Weight is dependent on the frame of reference but mass is absolute as matter cannot be created or destroyed.

If you are in space and stand on a weighing machine, it would indicate a weight of zero.

If you are inside an elevator and the elevator starts free falling, and then you stand on a scale, the scale will read zero.
