yes mirror formula can also be applied to plane mirrors because in mirror formula if object distance image distance are known the focal length of that will be Infinity we can find out the required quantity

yes , it can be applied
in case of plane mirror ,, u=v ,, using mirror formula
therefore 1/f= 1/v+1u
1/f= u+v/v*u
1/f=2u/u*u
1/f.=2/u
f=u/2 or v/2
in case of plane mirror ,, u=v ,, using mirror formula
therefore 1/f= 1/v+1u
1/f= u+v/v*u
1/f=2u/u*u
1/f.=2/u

no. because it doesn't have centre of curvature.then how can it have focal length
the parallel rays in a plane mirror also appear to meet at principle focus
I am sorry I am I thought it was a radius but not focal length
