can one explain laws of refraction of light .i knowlaws but i need explanation

Laws are something like this nd I'll like to give best explanation....so let's beginn...
First is that angle of incidence and angle of refraction...not be equal in every cases....as it is only equal when light pases through origin...or..mid point..of lenses...angle of I and angle of r are not equal in this because here refraction takes places where light passes from one media to another media...and due to variation in change of speed...the angle changes...greater the speed...greater the angle...less the speed less the angle...so angle to be equal..the speed must be same...which is not possible......
2nd law is that...The normal...angle of incidence...and refraction all will lie on same plane or at same point...as u can see it geometrically all these points overlaps.. each other...
