See you can relate god with light and it's properties,
1) God is omnipresent so is light; you can find light in every distant corner of universe ( by light i mean the whole electromagnetic spectrum not just visible light) .
2)God must know everything and light can give you every bit of knowledge you want, we are able to find the age, composition, distance,etc. of every heavenly bodies and light is of lot of use in the field of scientific research.
3)God is source of life and so is light, the most important process of photosynthesis is initiated by light and it is the source of oxygen for the living beings.
4)God is omnipotent and so is light, by using high frequency radiation you can surely use it to destroy things; for example highly amplified Lasers.
See you always hear or read that when a person experiences god he sees a bright light surrounding him.
