Well good question, always remember one thing ,In accounting while writing entries they are 2 prospectives

Buyer prospective (books of buyer)

Seller prospective (books of sellers)

Buyer prospective

Shares(company) a/c. dr

To BANK a/c

Brokerage a/c. dr
