y-1 = -2(x-3)

The given line passing through (0,5) & (2,1) as shown in the picture.

Equation of a line is represented as,

 \frac{y - y1}{y1 - y2} = \frac{x - x1}{x1 - x2} \\ \frac{y - 5}{5 - 1} = \frac{x - 0}{0 - 2} \\ \frac{y - 5}{4} = \frac{x}{ - 2} \\ -2 y + 10= 4x \\ 4x +2 y - 10 = 0 \\ 2x + y - 5 = 0

By simplifying the given options we get the answer as y-1=-2(x-3) i.e., option (c).
