Answer:

(a) In 1st figure there are 9 sticks

In 2nd figure there are 12 sticks

In 3rd figure there are 15 sticks

so, there is diff. of 3 in every figure therefore:-

Next figure will have - 15+3 = 18 sticks.

(b). There is diff. of 3 in each and every figure.

As, 9+3 = 12

12+3 = 15

15+3 = 18 sticks

(c). Check the diff. and form the sequence:-

9+3......12+3......15+3......18+3.......

so,

Sequence is - 9+x = 12

12+x = 15

15+x = 18

18+x = 21.
