You have to start with FROM address. Then leave a line and write the DATE.After that again leave a line and write TO address (which is To the editor, newspaper's name, place ). Again leave a line and write the SUBJECT.After leaving a line you can write the SALUTATION.After that you can start your letter.Divide your letter's BODY into paragraphs i.e Introduction, body,Conclusion. Then you can write SUBSCRIPTION with your name.Your letter is completed.Hope it helps and pls mark as the best answer. :-)
