Can somebody help me on a debate which is against swachh Bharat

I remember when government officially launched this mission, things were working and changing drastically. As time passed, We, Indians, being impatient, have assumed in our minds that things will never work at this pace and by default, our hopes for a clean India linearly declined and are continuously declining.
On a secondary note, Indians are very much dependent on the government in social issues; Blaming assumed to be our fundamental right but guys, mentality changing is not government’s business (though current government is continuously awaring people through various ad campaigns).
I sense that people are continuously understanding the major pros of cleanliness but because of lack of initiative ability, they majority of them start to nullify swach bharat mission by quoting that “like this, we can never bring a change”(or aise toh kabhi bhi nahi saaf ho payega poora desh).
