Take x common
we get
x(3x^2 - 24x + 48)
x(3x^2 - 12x - 12x + 48)
x[3x(x-4) - 12(x-4)]
x(3x-12)(x-4)
FACTORS=>
x = 0
3x-12=0
=>3x=12
=>x=4
x-4=0
=>x=4

Sorry, According to the given answers, it's incorrect. The textbook says 3x(4-x)^2. I'm just trying to understand how it got there

IF we open the bracket in the answer it should match with the number which is not happening.Try opening it you will get 3(3x^3-48x)where did the 24x go
