Take x common
we get
x(3x^2 - 24x + 48)
x(3x^2 - 12x - 12x + 48)
x[3x(x-4) - 12(x-4)]
x(3x-12)(x-4)
FACTORS=>
x = 0
3x-12=0
=>3x=12
=>x=4
x-4=0
=>x=4

Sorry, According to the given answers, it's incorrect. The textbook says 3x(4-x)^2. I'm just trying to understand how it got there
