By using the pytogoras theorem,
h²=p²+b²

h²=5²+12²
h²=25+144
h²=169
h=√169
h=13

so,
c=13

that's all

hey mate
in the given right angled triangle p=5,b=12 and h=c=?
from Pythagoras theorem we know that h^2=p^2+b^2
so,here c^2=5^2+12^2
then c=√169=13
hope it will help you
