Population of Fish last year = 60

Percentage decrease this year = 25%

For 100 fishes, 25 have decreased

For 60 fishes, decrease = 25 × 60 ÷100 = 15 fishes

Population of Fish this year = 60 - 15 = 45

45 fishes are in the lake this year.
