Here only conservative forces are available so, by using conservation of mechanical energy. i,e
∆U + ∆T = 0
U2 + T2 = U1 + T1
U2 = mg× 1.65
T2 = 1/2 ( m × ( V2 )²
U1 = mg × ( 4 )
T1 = 1/2 ( m ) × ( 5 )²
Solve this we get
V2 = 6√2m/s.
