To improve vocabulary, the best way is reading. Reading can improve your vocabulary more than you can expect. All you have to do it pick up a book or anything of your choice and make a habit of reading it daily. I know it sounds too much boring to read a book but believe me it really works. If you want to improve vocabulary for particularly Diary Writing then type Diary writing examples on Google and you'll find a bundle of them. Try to read at least 2-3 diary writing about any one topic daily. You can decrease the no if you wish to. And also write a diary daily that will help too. You will learn new words daily and can imply them in your daily diary entry. This will eventually improve your vocabulary. And one more tip-When you write simple words like happy, sad, beautiful etc. then try to find their synonyms and imply them. It will look more impressive.

the best way to improve your vocabulary is to read & write. you can read stories. a story a day can improve ur vocabulary.and write the dairy daily.
