 \tan( \alpha ) = \frac{5}{12}

perpendicular = 5 x
adjacent side 12x

by using Pythagorean theorem

 {h}^{2} = {(5x)}^{2} + (12 {x})^{2}
 {h}^{2} = 25 {x}^{2} + 144 {x}^{2}
h = \sqrt{169 {x}^2 } \\ \\ h = 13 {x}^{2}
 \sin( \alpha ) = \frac{opposite \: side}{hypotenuse} \\ \\ \sin( \alpha ) = \frac{5x}{13x}
 \cos( \alpha ) = \frac{adjacent}{hypotenuse} \\ \\ \\ \cos( \alpha ) = \frac{12x}{13x}

I have used alpha instead of theta sorry for the problem
