Your answer is :-

Given, w = 10 rad/sec t = 2sec & I = 0.4kg/m^2

So, alpha = w/t

=> alpha = 10/2 = 5w/sec

Therefore , Torque = I × alpha

=> torque = 0.4×5

=> torque = 2Nm
