At public places, it should be kept on the vibration mode and one must be brief while talking. It's overuse can be hazardous to health. There have been numerous cases of young deaths where two boys and girls have been walking on railway tracks with headphone on resulting in theri deaths when not listening to the sounds of the approaching train. One needs to clearly draw a line between the use and misuse of the mobile phones.
