Don't worry if u don't have a strong base
In 11 and 12th, in Physics u all have deal with Mechanics, Electodynamics, Ray Optics and some Modern Physics
in chemistry, it's all about Physical, Organic and InOrganic
And in Maths, Trigonometry, Differentials , Integration, etc
11 and 12th are not difficult
U can score the top if u study daily

keep revising things what teachers have studied after the classes then make notes of yourself on yr own language..make a routine for daily studies follow it wisely.. That's all
