The extreme benefit of taking training at the high altitude is gaining more RBC that produced by the Erythropoietin.
As we already known that the thickness of air at the altitude more than 2,500 is thinner. Taking training in the high altitude will boost the production of RBC to balance the oxygen supplement to the muscles in that low oxygen area. This may benefit the person to take the opportunity in the low elevation level.
High altitude training is more like teaching the body about fuel consumption.
