can someone who has a very good math brain can teach me about polygons please and how to calculate interior and exterior angle?because honestly i don't understand what the teacher is teaching me

a polygon is a plane figure with typically 3 sides and angle or may be 4 or more .i.e a rectangle, □, a square□ . now u must know the sum of all angles of a particular polygon i.e recatangle that is 360° ;
and to calulate interior or extrior angle always remember that u either calculate it by linear pair, angle sum property, exterior angle thr.
before starting polygon i must tell u that u must clear all ur theorems from yur teacher or friends
