can the average velocity of a particle be zero when its average velocity is not zero?​

Hola mate here is your answer :-

Yes this is possible if a particle travels along a circular path. Its instantaneous velocity remains different (as particle has different orientation every moment though it may have same magnitude) but average velocity may remain zero for each completion of its round.
