ravi can do 3/4 of a work in 12 days . in how many days ravi can finish the 1/2 work?​

kunalsk: You can approach a question by either way. Simple way is if X is the total work then 3/4 of X = 12, which gives X = 16, which means he will take 16 days to complete total work. So, half work will be completed in 8 days.
