Can the exterior angle of a regular polygon be greater than 120°? If yes, will the polygon be regular.

No, it can't be more than 120 degree.

In an equilateral triangle each exterior angle = 120 degree. As the sides of the polygon goes on increasing, each exterior angle will decrease. So our best case is equilateral triangle itself. Therefore, a regular polygon will not have an exterior angle greater than 120 degree
