can the sessions or district court change the decision of a high court?why?

The sessions or district courts cannot overturn or set aside judgements of high courts, as the high courts are the highest jurisdictional courts in any state in the union of India. It is only the supreme court of India, at New Delhi, which can overrule a high court.
