Can there be a velocity where speed is known? Give reason

Answer:

No. There can't be the velocity where speed is unknown because speed is directly proportional to distance travelled and inversely proportional to the time taken so it means if the speed is unknown, we also don't know either distance, time or both and the both are also required for the determination of velocity.
