can two vectors of two magnitude combined to give a zero resultant ? will it be possible with the help of three vectors?

Yes... When to opposite vectors are combined then the resultant will zero vector and Imagine any triangle in the plane with unequal sides. Now imagine each side is a vector; draw a little arrow, such that each side’s head is at a different side’s tail.These vectors will always sum to the zero vector.
