the answer is Y because when u add up the numbers in the series the last letter of the resultant number is given .
1+1+1+1=Four=R
2+2+2+2=eight =T
3+3+3+3=Twelve=E
4+4+4+4=Sixteen=N
Hence forth ,5+5+5+5=20-> twentY=Y<---is the answer

Yes it can be!

1 1 1 1 = R
You see1+1+1+1 = 4 = FOUR
The last letter of FOUR .

2 2 2 2 =T
2 + 2+ 2+ 2 = 8 = EIGHT
The last letter of EIGHT "T"

3 3 3 3 = E
3 + 3+ 3 + 3 = 12 = TWELVE
The last letter of TWELVE "E"

4 4 4 4 = N
4 + 4+ 4+ 4 = 16 = SIXTEEN
The last letter of SIXTEEN "N'

Similarly,
5 + 5+ 5+ 5 = 20 = TWENTY
The last letter of TWENTY = "Y"

So, your answer is 5 5 5 5 = Y

Hope This Helps!!
