Evaporation is a process during which a liquid changes to it's vapour state at a temperature below it's boiling point it occurs at the surface of liquid

Evaporation is the change of state of the liquid molecules from the surface into gaseous state.  Evaporation happens at all temperatures.  At higher temperatures it is more.  Evaporation depends on the partial pressure of the gaseous matter present above the surface of the liquid.

Evaporation happens below the boiling temperature.  At boiling temperature the liquid boils at constant pressure.
