Solution:

• Here we will consider first row

There we have to find two number whose sum is 8.

we get,

3.5+4.5=8

• Now we will consider the first column

here we have one number which is 3.5 and we have to find the other one

3.5+x=13

x=9.5

so we get 3.5 and 9.5 in first column

• now we will hand to find the second row

there we have one number which is 9.5 and we have to subract it with x to get 6

9.5-x=6

x=9.5-6

x=3.5

now we will check wather it is correct or not

• by checking with second column

4.5+3.5=8

so our answer is correct
