first of all we will discuss what is GREEN HOUSE EFFECT??
when the radiations or heat falls on the earth's surface, it get trapped by the green house gases and these greenhouse gases don't allow the trapped radiation or heat to escape back in to space. this is called greenhouse effect.
the main greenhouse gases are carbon dioxide, ozone, water vapour, nitrogen dioxide, methane etc.
because of green house effect, the temperature of Earth is rising day by day. as people are burning trees and fossil fuels. and because of burning trees and fossil fuels, it's releasing millions of tons of carbon dioxide and many other gases. we know that carbon dioxide is one of the main greenhouse gases and thus it don't allow the trapped radiation to escape, so the temperature of Earth is becoming warmer. as the temperature of Earth is becoming hot and more warmer, it's causing more water to Evaporate. we also know that water vapour is also good at trapping radiation so it's also helping in greenhouse effect and more radiation and heat are being trapped. thus the temperature is becoming even warmer. this is called GLOBE WARMING.
because of global warming, the climate is changing day by day as :-
→ sea is overflowing - temperature of Earth is rising, so glaciers, ice and snow are melting in polar regions. as a result sea is overflowing. because of this, many coastal areas are getting submerged.
→ many plants and animals are dying - it's very difficult for weak animals and many plants to survive in this very hot climate. therefore dying many animals and plants.
→ ocean acidification - we know that carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas. and the carbon dioxide get dissolved in ocean water and reacts with it, thus chemical reactions occur and it form carbonic acid.
to prevent all this, we should plant more and more trees. as we know trees release oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide to prepare their food. as a result, we plant more trees then there will be more absorbtion of carbon dioxide. we should stop burning trees and fossil fuels as it release many harmful gases. we should stop using plastic and non-eco friendly things.
