No saudi arabia is not at all a democratic country because the women over there are not allowed to vote there are no free elections though it uas elections but the election is not voted by women a democratic country is a country in which the while country have the rights to vote. It's not just about election It's about for people by the peolple and of the people...decisions should be taken by people

First of all good afternoon . yes saudi Arabia is a country where election happens but we can not declare any country democratic only on the basis of happening of election .
in saudi Arabia there are so many conditions which prevail it not a democratic country .
womans here does not have the right to vote
womans does not have given any right . it is too difficult to see any woman on the higher post .
several malpractice by the rich people were done to rule the country . only one person is consider as the head so it is not democratic as it is not fully transparent .
